ACL Story
A clear map for a confusing recovery.
I'm not a physio. I'm a patient who read everything I could find, so you don't have to. This is what I learned.
Where are you right now?
ACL recovery is long and confusing. Find your stage below.
Just injured
Felt a pop. Knee gave way. Not sure what happened. Start here.
Waiting for an MRI
Told you need imaging. Stuck in limbo. Here's what comes next.

Return to sport: usually 9 to 12 months.

I hated the uncertainty. The friction. The unknowing. Waiting for someone to tell me what came next.

No timeline. No what to expect. No one explained the months ahead.
So I built what I wished I'd had: a map. Not medical advice. Just orientation so you can stop waiting and start asking better questions.
