ACL Story

A clear map for a confusing recovery.

I'm not a physio. I'm a patient who read everything I could find, so you don't have to. This is what I learned.

Recovery timeline

Return to sport: usually 9 to 12 months.

A criteria based progression, not just a date on the calendar. Every recovery is different. These phases are a general framework. Work with your physio to understand your timeline.

No timeline. No what to expect. No one explained the months ahead.

So I built what I wished I'd had: a map. Not medical advice. Just orientation so you can stop waiting and start asking better questions.
